At DIYAutoTune, we want to ensure your performance tuning project is a success by offering a straightforward return process for unused components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, uninstalled condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and hardware.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to the return address provided by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the items for completeness; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
